Our house has been recently refitted in 2023, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and we want you to have a great time while staying with us.

The house features four bedrooms, including a double room, two king-size rooms, and a twin room, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The bathroom is fully modernized, equipped with a rain shower with a hand-held option, a basin, a toilet, and a large slipper bath. We provide crisp white bedding and soft fluffy white towels for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have added a drinks area for your convenience. We also have a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast or afternoon drinks.

We are located just two minutes walk to the esplanade, and the town is situated on the South West Coast path, perfect for those who enjoy walking. The shopping experience in Sidmouth is like stepping back in time, with local fresh food shops, bakers, cheese shops, vegetable shops, and fresh fish available. We do make the most of supporting local business.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars in town that cater to many tastes, so be sure to book in advance if you have a specific restaurant in mind.

We have a designated parking space in Mill Street Car Park, and it is bollard-protected, ensuring exclusive use for our guests. We recommend following the signs for Sidmouth on the A3052, turning right at Holmdale or Russell Street for the entrance to the car park.
