The House
Welcome to 9 Riverside, a stunning three-storey terrace house built in the late 19th century. We recently refurbished the property in 2022/2023 to a high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
For your convenience, we have free parking in a car park located around 20 meters away from the property. This parking area is permit controlled, and we will provide you with instructions on how to access it in our Guest Handbook. Additionally, free on-road parking is available at the front of the property when space is available.
The accommodation boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare meals, including a double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer dryer. The ground floor also features an open-plan lounge diner that can seat up to eight guests. The lounge area is equipped with a smart TV with free Disney+, so you can enjoy your favourite shows during your stay.
For that special occaision we can offer a fine dining exoerience from a chef using local fish, meat and produce. If you are interested in this, please let us know as soon as possible as chef is very busy with bookings and we can check his availability. More details on this soon.

The first floor of 9 Riverside features a fully modernized bathroom equipped with a rain shower with a hand-held option, a basin, a toilet, and a large slipper bath to help you relax and unwind. Additionally, there is a double room and a king-size room on this floor, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests.
Moving up to the second floor, please note that you will have to negotiate a tight bend on the stairs, but it is easy once you get used to it. On this floor, you will find a king-size room and a twin room, providing additional comfortable sleeping options. We have added lights to the stairs to use as nightlights.
The outside space at 9 Riverside offers a lovely courtyard where guests can enjoy breakfast or afternoon drinks. We have also included an outside toilet, which we would love for you to help us name. Let us know what you call it! This toilet comes in handy during busy mornings or when entertaining guests outside.

At 9 Riverside, we want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so we provide crisp white bedding and lovely soft and fluffy white towels for you to use.
The bathroom has a large slipper bath that can accommodate two people, as well as a wonderful rain shower, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. We have tried to make it something special to enhance your stay.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with an Alexa, allowing you to listen to your favorite radio station or set an alarm for an early morning start. We hope that this added convenience will make your stay even more enjoyable.
The fully equipped kitchen is easy to navigate, with everything close at hand. One area that we particularly like is the drinks area, which we believe will help you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the local area.
