Getting Here
9 Riverside is located in East Devon, approximately 25 minutes south of Exeter. If you are driving, we recommend taking the A3052 towards Sidmouth, which is around 11 miles from Junction 30 on the M5.
Once you pass The Bowd pub, take the turning to the right signposted Sidmouth 1.5 miles. Continue on this road towards town, stay on this road until you come to a roundabout, take a left turn. at the next mini roundabout, turn right and follow the road into town.
About 150 meters past the mini roundabout, you will see The Cooperative mini market on your left, look out for a small road on your left called Holmdale, which is a tight turn, so please drive slowly. This will lead you to Mill Street Car Park, where you will find our designated parking space. Follow the road around to your right for the entrance to the car park.
If you happen to miss the turn into Holmdale, the next turning is about 100 yards down the road called Russell Street. Follow this road around to the left, and it will bring you to the entrance to Mill Street Car Park.
